In 2012, we were the team that launched the Cheerobics fitness programme that became an international sensation. Fast-forward 8 years and our little dream of cheerleading fitness grew a large international following. Our founder, Jessica Zoo, has poured 12 years of love and dedication to cheerleading, and in 2017 relaunched the under the name of CheerConditioning.Academy: an online platform and community dedicated to cheerleading as a sport, conditioning and fitness.
With the CCA panel of experts, the academy produces cheer conditioning workout videos, team conditioning, workout plans, skill drills, sports physiology, nutrition, sports performance seminars and articles, visual guides, fun fitness ideas and sideline choreography. Anyone can become a member, whether you are a cheerleader, a coach, parent, looking to improve for a fun workout or if you want learn the basics of cheerleading. The CCA has video, image and article content for all ages, levels and backgrounds.
One of the series on CheerConditioning.Academy is the CHEER PRO™ Dance Fitness, dedicated to pom dance. Members of the CCA can learn the basic techniques for pom, cheer dance and sideline cheerleading while having fun! CHEER PRO™ Dance Fitness choreography is based on chorus & verse structure so you can easily learn a full routine in very little time! Work out at home or use the routines for classes and performances.
